The Make-up Box is a converted Luton van, specifically designed to offer a full hair and makeup experience. We can park outside your home or venue, or we can come inside if you’d prefer.
What is The Make-up Box?
We are a team with more than 20 years of experience in the hair and make-up industry and can give you the best look to suit you and your occasion. We offer makeup and hair styling for special occasions, make-up photoshoots, make-up tutorials and professional headshots with makeup and styling.
What We Do
The Make-up Box caters for individuals, small parties and large parties of up to ten. We offer makeup and hair for all occasions and use only premium quality products on your skin. If we won’t use them ourselves, we won’t use them on you.
All you need to do is sit back and relax and let us achieve your perfect look while you enjoy a little bit of pamper time.
Our history
The Make-up Box is owned by Shair Bashir, a highly qualified and experienced make-up artist with a Fashion and Textiles degree. After graduation, she converted a warehouse into a studio where she ran her make-up and clothing business.
After a flood, which left Shair without a studio and effectively no business, she came up with the perfect solution to reach clients that didn’t want or could not travel: The Make-up Box.
You can now find her driving around within the M25 and Kent, bringing glamour and glitz to ladies who are ready to shine.
